The process works as follows: We start with an initial selection by reviewing CVs, references and in some cases an interview. After that, we will forward you to our Australian partner who provides the available positions. Finally, you will get in touch with the workplace for an interview and if everything goes well, sign an agreement. So, it's the golf club that will be your employer, but we and our Australian partner will assist you throughout the entire hiring process as well as during your stay.
